The new Hoppmann FT-15-HD Heavy Duty Feeder is engineered to handle small, metal parts traditionally oriented in vibratory feeders. The FT-15-HD offers greatly reduced noise output and smooth operation in comparison to a vibratory feeder, extremely accurate operational tolerances, and easily handles multiples sizes of parts with minor change over and no reduction in feed rate.
The centrifugal feeder design is based on the same premise as our standard centrifugal feeder, the heavy duty feeder uses motors for speed, not springs and vibrators, which limits maintenance (retuning) and replacement requirements.

Shibuya Hoppmann’s standard FRS-60 Centrifugal Feeder is specifically designed to feed a wide range of large bottles and parts. The delivery rate varies from moderate to high speed depending on part characteristics.
The FRS-60 centrifugal feeder is engineered to interface with Shibuya Hoppmann prefeeders, accumulating conveyors, assembly systems and other downstream equipment.

Shibuya Hoppmann’s standard FTF-40 rigid disc centrifugal feeder is designed to feed a variety of products in a food-grade environment with its unique bowl design.
Product is metered into the bowl and brought out to the bowl rim where a series of qualifiers gently orient the part for transfer to various downstream inline devices.
